Product Introduction:
Remove the magnetic and nonmagnetic impurity, improve the grade of iron concentrate from 2% to 15%. By the way, it can keep same grade, at the same time, it can increase the capacity of raw iron ore and decrease the impurity content in magnetic iron concentrate, such as Si, S, P, and so on.
This machine provides the power and excitation by direct-current magnetic control cabinet, which forms circles inside it, and downward magnetic force will pull magnetic linkages, then discharges high-grade magnetic iron concentrate from the bottom. The monomeric gangue and mineral intergrowth will flow with upward rotating water, and then spills over from tailing overflow tank.
The upward water flow velocity that this machine allows is from 2 cm/s to 6 cm/s, its structure is simple, and there is no running parts with low power consumption (0.1-0.2Wh/t), which can also improve much more grade from 2% to 15%. Comparing to other machines, it can improve more grade from 0.8% to 3%.
