Flotation Machine is the abbreviation of Flotation Mineral Separation Machine, which means the flotation process completion of mechanical equipment. In flotation machine,after mixing and air inflation, adding medicament, the ore pulp will make some mineral particles stick to bubbles optionally; These mineral particles will form foam products after it floats to the surface of ore pulp, and the rest will stay in ore pulp, which can separate mineral material. There are many structure forms of Flotation Machine, flotation machine of mechanical mixing is most frequently used at present.

SF Flotation Machine

The impeller design of this equipment is double-vane impeller with retroverted angle. Except for horizontal collocation, air self-return and self-absorption of Middling bubbles, it also has some advantages of low linear velocity of impeller, light abrasion of impeller cover plate and large entrained-air volume, and so on.

BF Flotation Machine

The main structure feature is to apply for original closed impeller with double cone. Comparing with traditional half-opened impeller, the BF Flotation Machine also has the characteristics of energy conservation and large entrained-air volume. Comparing with the same volume SF-1.2, BF-1.2 can save more energy about 21.55%, and entrained-air volume is larger about 10%. The pulp absorption ability of Flotation Machine is strong, there is stronger ore pulp recycling at the bottom of tank, which is good for the improvement of coarse mineral material suspension and mineral separation targets.
