Product Description:
The discharging outlets of Grate Ball Mill and Overflow Ball Mill are different, for Overflow Ball Mill, the hollow shaft of discharging outlet is a little bigger than the hollow shaft of feeding inlet, which will make ore pulp have some slope in ball mill, and then the ore pulp will overflows from ball mill when the height of ore pulp surface is higher than the lowest line of inner diameter of discharging outlet. What’s more, this belongs to natural high level of material discharging, the discharging speed is slow, and the ore material will stay longer time in ball mill, the effective function of medium will be less, so the over-grinding of Overflow Ball Mill is serious, and its capacity is lower than the same model of Grate Ball Mill, which is more suitable for fine ore grinding,the second ore grinding in two-stage ore grinding or the third ore grinding in three-stage ore grinding.
